Designer Bio

Award winning New York based designer Ardistia Dwiasri creates innovative designs that resound from her educational background and her love in historical and modern elements in architecture and furniture design. She launched the collection in Spring Summer 2007 after gaining industry experience at Diane von Furstenberg, the Gap, Ann Taylor and Tommy Hilfiger. She received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston. Also, a Fashion Studies degree from Parsons the New School for Design, New York.

Ardistia was recently announced as a Finalist for Indonesia-Australia Center in 2014, a Nominee for the World Fashion Organization® and World Fashion Week® International, as official representative of Indonesia, February 2012, in the US, Asia, Europe. Also, as the winner of the “Are You Runway Ready” fashion contest by the Women’s Mafia, February 2010 and a finalist of Gen Art’s latest Fashion competition “Plastics Make it Possible” in January 2010. She received Honorable Mentions by London International Creative Competition in September 2009, announced as the winner of a Fashion Award from Biore / Gen Art in October 2007, profiled in WWD April 2007 issue for “New Designer to Watch” and received the ready to wear nomination from Gen Art Styles in May 2007, New York.
